Refund policy

===== We have a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn and unwashed, in the same condition you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email contact@zapruder.co. Once your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on where to send it. Return shipping is paid by the customer and isn't refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, email us right away at contact@zapruder.co and we'll make it right, including the shipping.

Non-returnable items Gift cards, sale items and personalized items can't be returned.

Exchanges The fastest way to get a different size is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

European Union If your order ships to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The same condition rules above apply.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to say whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges aren't refunded. If 15 business days pass after approval and you haven't seen your refund, email contact@zapruder.co.
